Pork chops & glazed onions

It was pork chops and mushrooms for lunch. I boiled a ton of broccoli, beans and sweet peas. What you see on top of the chops is fried, glazed onions. I baked the mushrooms along with the pork. We also had Turkish Pide bread from the Farmers' market. Good stuff!
