I came home from a last-minute Thanksgiving grocery trip to shocking and unnerving news of terrorist attacks in Mumbai. Cool, calculated, well organized and flawlessly executed, according to terrorism experts. Whoever they were, they picked the right time and the right place to strike, causing panic not just in India, but across the world.
This is just the culmination of a whole slew of terrorist-initiated attacks in India this year. Mumbai is in North West India and DH and I don't have family and friends there, but it hits very close to home and sends a chilling reminder that no place on earth is safe anymore.
